Public Projects

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of a 1 and 2-story building addition of a Weight Training Facility and Performing Arts Expansion with the selected demolition of an existing structure and renovation and expansion of an existing lobby. The building addition is a steel-framed super structure with drilled pier foundations. The exterior façade is an aluminum composite metal panel façade over metal stud sub-framing and CMU backup with aluminum curtain wall and entry systems. The roof is a single ply EPDM membrane roof. Interior finishes consist of CMU walls, drywall partitions, LVT flooring, rubber flooring, and polished concrete slabs.

The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of the phased removal of existing sitework, the removal of two single story structures, temporary utilities, new site utility work, coordination with utility companies, earthwork, phased new site development, the construction of a new Men’s Shelter, and selective renovations to a portion of the existing adjacent Warehouse on the Salvation Army campus.

The scope of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of renovation of the existing office area. Work includes wood stud framing/partitions, gypsum assemblies, drop ceilings, metal liner panels, two toilet rooms, a locker room, a breakroom, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of several miscellaneous maintenance projects at various schools including: Roof Replacement/Recovery at two schools, renovation of the High School East gym that consists of athletic wood floors, painting, bleachers, athletic equipment, lighting replacement, and door replacement, and misc. renovations at three grade schools consisting of athletic wood floors, door replacements, single room renovation, and toilet room renovation.

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of the renovation of 11 Classrooms into Science Lab Classrooms, including 5 supporting prep rooms. Work will be broken into Multiple Prime Contracts as follows; General, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical.

The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to a roof recovery of an existing built up asphalt roof with a single ply membrane roof with associated accessories, flashing, and trims. Limited mechanical and electrical work for roof top equipment, exhaust fans, and penetrations is expected to facilitate roof recovery.

The scope of the project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the removal of the existing (5) five story, load bearing clay masonry structure located at 400 NE Jefferson in its entirety including the basement and foundations. The work also includes site work associated with the removal of the building. The site work is compromised of, but not limited to, erosion control, sidewalk removal and replacement, pavement removal, utility removal/cap, earthwork/grading, and seeding.

The scope of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to the renovation of the existing storage building and partially enclosing of the (2) existing material storage bins.

Work includes drywall partitions, acoustic ceilings, flooring, aluminum window/entrances, renovated toilet rooms, VRF expansion, and electrical systems.
